Kingston Gets Active is a dedicated group working together to promote physical activity in Kingston.
We invite you to join us to be a volunteer KGA Ambassador. A variety of roles are available to match your interests, abilities, and time.
KGA Ambassadors motivate local residents to adopt a more physically active lifestyle. They deliver current information though presentations and displays to community groups, organizations and workplaces. Currently there are also opportunities to get involved as Walking School Bus leaders at 4 Kingston schools, in partnership with KFL&A Public Health.
A complimentary comprehensive 6-hour training sessions will be provided in April, 2013. Get your application in today and don’t miss this opportunity. Individuals interested in becoming an Ambassador will be contacted for an interview.
